Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 debuts in India at an introductory cost of Rs. 2.99 lakh

Bengaluru-based Ultraviolette, known for its innovative electric vehicles, has recently unveiled an upgraded version of its acclaimed electric motorcycle, the F77. This new iteration, named the F77 Mach 2, introduces significant improvements in performance, features, and overall riding experience.

One of the standout features of the F77 Mach 2 is its refreshed design language. While retaining the iconic silhouette of the F77, the Mach 2 model now comes in a range of captivating colors such as Lighting Blue, Asteroid Grey, Turbo Red, Afterburner Yellow, and several others. Notable design enhancements include the adoption of an aluminum charging port lid, replacing the previous plastic variant, and the introduction of new F77 graphics on the front forks, showcasing a dynamic color scheme.

The Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 packs a punch with its powerful electric motor. The standard variant is equipped with a robust 27kW motor, while the Recon variant boasts an even more impressive 30kW motor. This substantial power output translates into thrilling performance on the road, ensuring an exhilarating riding experience for enthusiasts.

Battery capacity and range have also seen upgrades in the Mach 2 lineup. The standard F77 Mach 2 features a 7.1kWh battery, delivering an impressive range of 211 km on a single charge. Meanwhile, the Recon variant steps up with a larger 10.3kWh battery, offering an extended range of 323km, making it ideal for longer rides and commutes.

Enhancing the riding dynamics of the F77 Mach 2 are advanced features and technologies. Both variants come equipped with three ride modes, enabling riders to customize their riding experience based on their preferences and riding conditions. Additionally, the Recon variant stands out with its 10 levels of switchable regenerative braking, providing precise control and enhanced energy efficiency during deceleration.

Safety and control are paramount in the F77 Mach 2, with features such as ABS, dynamic stability control, and hill hold ensuring a secure and confident riding experience. The Recon variant goes a step further by offering four levels of traction control, enhancing grip and stability on various terrains.

On the suspension and braking front, the F77 Mach 2 is equipped with high-quality components. It features 41mm USD front forks and a preload-adjustable monoshock for smooth and responsive suspension performance. Braking duties are handled by a single 320mm front disc and a 230mm rear disc, providing reliable stopping power when needed.

The Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 is now available for pre-booking at an introductory price of Rs. 2,99,000 for the first 1,000 customers. The Recon variant is priced at Rs. 3,99,000 (both prices ex-showroom, Bengaluru), making it a compelling choice for electric motorcycle enthusiasts seeking a blend of performance, range, and advanced features.
