Mahindra announced a massive free M-Plus Mega Service campaign to customers across its range of personal vehicles, including Bolero, Scorpio, XUV500, Marazzo, Alturas G4, XUV300, TUV300, KUV100, Xylo, Nuvosport, Quanto, Verito, Verito Vibe, Logan, Rexton, and the Thar. This M-Plus mega service camp will be a 10-day event beginning on February 8th and running till February 18th, 2021 in nearly 600 Mahindra certified workshops in all major cities across the country.
The initiative will provide owners the opportunity to ensure that their Mahindra cars are in the best condition. Customers can benefit from a detailed 75 point inspection per vehicle, which will be absolutely free of charge, by trained technicians. Additionally, Mahindra customers will also have the opportunity to take advantage of a 5 percent discount on parts, 10 percent on labor, and 25 percent on Maxicare treatment.
Customers can book their service appointments on WhatsApp using the “Mahindra With You Hamesha” WhatsApp account and also on the With You Hamesha app or website to take advantage of the hassle-free pick-up and delivery service, create their own job card with the choice of Maxicare treatments, approve estimates and payment. Customers can also approve repair orders, track progress on servicing their vehicles, view repair invoices, and make payment easily from the With You Hamesha app, without having to touch any office supplies or machinery. It has also introduced “CustomerLIVE”, a live video streaming feature where service advisors can explain repair estimates to customers, directly from the service room.
