India Kawasaki Motor 2020 Ninja ZX-10R was launched in the country at a price of ₹ 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R assembled in 2020 is ₹ 31,000 cheaper than the previous model, while providing a wider power range and improved suspension and brake performance. The ZX-10R arrives in India through a full road (CKD) and Kawasaki says the new model is getting so close to the World Superbike Race Machine (WSBK). Deliveries for the new Ninja ZX-10R 2020 will start from June this year for those who booked before, while Kawasaki distributors across the country accept new reservations at this time.
Cosmetically, the Kawasaki Ninja 2020 ZX-10R remains identical to the previous version and comes with some red accents in the gift to distinguish it from the previous version. The most important improvement comes with the 998 ccs in-line four-cylinder, the liquid-cooled motor now belting out 200.2 bhp, which can be increased to 210 hp with the amount of RAM air. The engine gets a new start-up of the follower valve for a lighter and more reliable configuration and a new red cylindrical headcover. The stock can also accommodate the high-rise chamber without any change. The updates also include a revised 6-speed fixed gearbox that Kawasaki Quick Shifter-Dual Direction now gets for fewer clutch changes.
2020 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R continues to use the 43mm fully adjustable Showa inverted forks on the front with a 120mm deep travel-tight mono-saturated rear mount unit with 114mm movement. The brake performance comes from a 330mm semi-floating disc with a Brembo M50 mono caliper at the front and a single 220mm disc at the rear with a single-piston caliper. The new Ninja ZX-10R is loaded with electronic aids that include Kawasaki traction control, cornering system, electronic throttle valves, engine brake control, and ABS. There are three driving modes on the screen.
The Supersport segment has a range of offers for sale in India. The new Ninja ZX-10R will win a lot of competition on the track, including the Suzuki GSX-R1000, Ducati Panigale V4, Yamaha YZF-R1, and Aprilia RSV4 RR, as well as the next generation of BMW S 1000 RR.
