Innova Crysta is available with two engine options: 2.7-liter 4-cylinder petrol and a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder diesel. While the petrol engine is capable of producing 166 PS and 245 Nm of torque, the diesel engine produces 150 PS and 343 Nm of torque. Transmission options include a five-speed manual or a six-speed automatic.
It’s powered by a 2.0-liter Kryotec turbo diesel engine, the same unit that powers the Harrier. This engine is capable of producing a maximum power of 170 PS at 3,750 rpm and a maximum torque of 350 Nm between 1750 rpm and 2,500 rpm. Options include a 6-speed manual transmission and an automatic 6-speed torque converter. For now, It is only available in the front-wheel-drive system; However, Tata is planning to release AWD in the future.
