Tata Tiago XTA variant launched in India at Rs. 5.99 lakh

Tata Motors launched the XTA variant of Tiago in India with prices starting at Rs 5.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Tata Tiago XTA is equipped with an AMT unit and costs Rs 50,000 more than the XT's manual setup. With the addition of the new variant, the Tiago is now available in four automatic transmission variants: XTA, XZA, XZA +, and XZA + Double Tone.rn

Tata Tiago XTA Engine details

rnThe Tiago XTA is offered with a single 1.2-liter, three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine that generates 86hp of peak power plus 113 Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual gearbox as well as an optional 5-speed transmission. This is the same engine that is also offered with the Tigor as well as the Altroz.rn

Tata Tiago XTA Features

rnFeatures available with the hatchback include 15-inch alloy wheels, front fog lights, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, rear defroster with windshield wiper, 8-horn Harman premium audio system, and automatic climate control, all four electric windows, a digital speedometer, and a cooled glove compartment. In addition, the AMT model comes with a 'Sport mode'.rnrnTata Tiago XTA Interior Tata Tiago XTA InteriorrnrnOn the safety front, the  Tata Tiago has two front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, a front seat belt reminder, a high-speed alert system, an angle stabilization control, and a rear parking camera.rnrnThe hatchback also received a 4-star safety rating in the Global NCAP crash tests, making it one of the safest cars in India in the affordable price range. As of now, Tata Tiago is facing models like Maruti Suzuki Swift, Hyundai Grand i10 Nios, and Ford Figo in the Indian market.rn
