Honda 2Wheelers India has updated its range of luxury motorcycles with the launch of the BS6-compliant Gold Wing Tour. The latest version of the luxury cruise ship will be available in India at a starting price of Rs 37,20,342 onwards. The manual transmission variator, which will be available in Pearl Glare White paint, is priced at Rs 37,20,342. The DCT model will be sold in metallic black with Matte Morion Black and is priced at Rs 39,16,055. Motorcycle reservations are open at the company’s luxury motorcycle outlets, Honda BigWing Topline, across the country.
The 2021 model includes several mechanical upgrades to meet the latest emissions standards. The BS6-compliant, 1833cc, liquid-cooled, flat-six engine was tuned for the 2021 Honda Gold Wing Touring to deliver 124.7 horsepower at 5500 rpm and 170 Nm of torque at 4500 rpm. The motorcycle is available with two gearbox options: a six-speed manual or a seven-speed DCT.
The 2021 feature list includes an upgraded audio and speaker system, a 7-inch TFT display, rotating compass navigation, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, smart key operation, four driving modes (Tour, Sport, Econ and Rain), and Hill Start Assist. . Electronic driver aids include ABS, Honda Selectable Torque Control, Dual-Hybrid Braking System, and Stop Braking (DCT variant only).
The 2021 model also benefits from features like full LED lighting, a streamlined design with an electronically adjustable display, turn indicators integrated into the rearview mirror, a 21.1-litre fuel tank, and a luggage rack. The motorcycle gear consists of double wishbones in the front and a professional linkage system in the rear to perform suspension tasks. Anchor power comes from two 320mm discs with six-piston calipers at the front and one 316mm rotor with three-piston calipers at the rear.
