Royal Enfield Himalayan Sleet Launched in India

The Royal Enfield is back with another thunder bolt. The Himalayan Sleet is the new name to the thunder, launched by the Royal Enfield with a new variant of Himalayan adventure tourer motorcycle. The new motorcycle carries a sticker price of Rs 2,12666 (on-road Chennai) and comes fitted with all the assortment of the Royal Enfield motor bikes.

The new motorcycle comes with a fitted with an explorer kit for all the mountaineers with aluminum panniers, pannier mounting rails, aluminum handle bars with cross brace and large engine bar. The new model will take away youngsters who want to have a bike to accompany them in the hilly areas.

The Royal Enfield has also clarified that there will be only 500 units of this new edition. And those who want to take this motorcycle need to pre-book the Himalayan Sleet edition and get them registered on the official website.

The sale of the bikes will commence from the January 30 on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. The new edition will also come with offering of 2 year warranty. The design and the early repo of the Royal Enfield is enough to see the success for this model. With the new features there going to rush for booking this edition.

The Himalayan Sleet is in a grey camouflage to distinguish it from the other models of the Royal Enfield. Also it will look stylish and is mostly inspired from the snow-capped mountains of the Himalayas. The features prevailing in this new edition and the look and design will make it to give a close fight with other sports bikes.

Mechanically, there is no change and the bike is still powered with the by the same-fuel injected, single cylinder 411cc as seen on the standard bike. For a better road experience the Himalayan Sleet is equipped with the long-travel suspension on both the ends.

The Royal Enfield almost every time comes with a surprise, and this time the surprise is the Himalayan Sleet. Attractive look, stylish design and the powerful machinery of Royal Enfield all are kept at one place. The new motor cycle will temp the bikers out there to go for this extreme edition and enjoy their mountain rides.
