In celebration of its 60th anniversary, Mahindra Tractors has launched an innovative virtual tractor drive experience. This cutting-edge initiative harnesses AI technology to offer customers a personalized video of themselves driving a Mahindra tractor, enhancing brand engagement during the festive season.
The virtual tractor drive experience follows Mahindra's tribute to Indian farmers with their campaign "Desh ka Tractor: ‘Mitti se juda, Junoon se Saja’". Collaborating with Vitra.ai, Mahindra employs advanced AI and deep learning to craft these hyper-personalized video experiences.
“At Mahindra Tractors, we are thrilled to introduce the first-ever virtual tractor drive. This initiative showcases our commitment to leveraging technology to connect more deeply with our evolving customer base. Through AI, we have already facilitated over 250,000 personalized experiences,” said a spokesperson from Mahindra Tractors.
How It Works
Users can create their personalized video by visiting the Mahindra Tractors website. By uploading a photo, and entering their phone number and location, they receive a customized video via WhatsApp in their regional language.
Vikram Wagh, CEO of Mahindra Tractors, emphasizes the initiative as a testament to their dedication to technological innovation and customer engagement. The AI-powered experience has already reached over 250,000 users.
“Utilizing Vitra.ai’s cutting-edge AI-generated face-swap video technology for farm tractors, we provide farmers with an immersive experience that strengthens their connection to the Mahindra brand. We are proud to have scaled this innovation to meet Mahindra's high engagement goals, effectively personalizing their customer interactions across their diverse range of tractors,” said Satvik Jagannath, Co-founder and CEO of Vitra.ai.
This AI-driven initiative allows Mahindra to engage with customers in a uniquely personalized and interactive manner, reinforcing their commitment to technological advancement and customer satisfaction.
