After numerous teasers on social media handles, Hyundai India has launched the Creta Knight Edition starting at a price of Rs. 13.51 INR (ex-showroom price).
Available in 4 variants, 2 for each engines types, the price of the mid-sized SUV reaches up to 18.18 INR (ex- showroom price) for a diesel automatic variant that makes the Knight Edition, Creta's current top-end model.
On the outside, what sets it apart from the regular model is the new glossy black grille with red inserts, glossy black sliding plates on the front and back, C-pillar garnish, side sill garnish, roof rails, ORVMs, shark fin antenna and black Tail lamp inserts.
The new edition also has body-colored door handles, a dark chrome finish on the emblem, red brake pads on the front , a Knight Edition emblem on the rear and a dark metallic themed alloy wheels.
Other features include a panoramic sunroof, triple-beam LED headlights, LED drls, an all-black interior with color AC ventilation inserts, color seams / tubes for steering and seats. As part of the new upgrades, Hyundai has also introduced TPMS as a standard device.
The Carmaker has also introduced a number of functional changes to the 2022 model, including a glossy black center console for SX (O) trim, besides that a new blue denim coloured and an iMT (Intelligent Manual Transmission) on the Creta's 1.5-liter petrol S trim.
Hyundai has also introduced a new S + version with 1.4-liter T-GDi petrol engine and 7-speed DCT eqippped with a panoramic sunroof, 16-inch black alloy wheels, wireless smartphone charger, rear disc brakes, electronic stability control (ESC), Stability Management (VSM), Hill Assist Control, Pedal Switches, Metallic Pedals and an Automatic Folding Electric OVRMs.
