Honda Motor of India launched a BS6-compliant Amaze in both petrol and diesel engine options

rnThe new Honda Amaze BS6 starts from Rs 6.10 (old showroom, Delhi) for the petrol variable and Rs 7.56 (old showroom, Delhi) for the diesel segment.rnrnHonda Amaze is equipped with a 1.2-liter BS6 I-VTEC petrol engine that delivers 90 horsepower and 110 Nm of torque. It is equipped with a 5-speed manual gearbox, with a CVT option. The other engine is a BS6 compliant 1.5-liter i-DTEC diesel unit that generates 100 hp and 200 Nm of torque with a 5-speed manual, 80 hp and 160 Nm of torque with CVT.rnrnrnrnNow in the second generation, Honda Amaze competed against players like Maruti Suzuki Dzire, the recently launched Hyundai Aura, Ford Aspire and 2020 Tata Tigor. Amaze is available in four types: E, S, V, and VX.
