Triumph Motorcycles India announced the launch of the new Rocket 3 221 Special Edition in the market at 20.80 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The new bike has been introduced in two models: R and GT. While the 'R' model is priced at 20.80 lakh (ex-showroom), the latter ‘GT’ spec model costs ₹21.40 lakh (ex-showroom).

On the outside, the motorcycle has a special "221" decals on its fuel tank commemorating the massive 221 Nm of torque produced by the motorcycle's engine. This is also the highest torque produced by any production spec bike in the world today. The bike is powered by a 2,500cc 3-cylinder engine that delivers a maximum output of 165 horsepower at 6000 rpm, and is mated to a six-speed gearbox and torque-assisted hydraulic clutch.

The new Rocket 3221 Special Edition model adorns a distinctive new paint scheme that features an eye-catching Red Hopper tank and front fender, contrasting beautifully with the sapphire black mudguard brackets, headlight bowls, flyscreen, side panels, rear bodywork and radiator cowls.

The company used lightweight cast aluminum, with an intricate 20-spoke design for the wheels that come with high-spec Avon Cobra Chrome tyres. Triumph claims these tyres were specifically developed for the Rocket 3 to provide exceptional grip and long mileage durability. The motorcycle's braking tasks are performed by Brembo M4.32 four-piston monobloc calipers and a 300mm disc.

The motorcycle comes with full-color TFT displays, the angle of which can be adjusted according to the company, and it has two customizable information design themes. The motorcycle also comes My Triumph connectivity system software that can be used with the appropriate accessory Bluetooth module.
