▼The Harley-Davidson X350T has been spotted matchless on Indian trails, and its inscription confirms the strategy from the X440T's 440cc engine to the smaller engine. The motorcycle has X350T printed next to the Harley-Davidson logo and has been designed in an orange hue along with new and exciting prints. The motorcycle may be launched in a few weeks, even though the two firms have not revealed the official launch date yet.
Harley-Davidson X350T Highlights
The X350T is the 350cc version of the X440T manufactured as a result of the collaboration between Hero MotoCorp and Harley-Davidson. Both models utilize the same mainframe, subframe and also share similar design philosophies. It should not be confused with the China-spec Harley-Davidson X350, a separate liquid-cooled parallel-twin built with QJ Motor.
The main points are as follows:
- Engine: Around 350cc, down from the 440cc unit in the X440T (reported).
- Power and Torque: Around 25 bhp and 35 Nm (speculative, not official).
- Electric Throttle Body: Reportedly added, which is a change over the X440T.
- Colours: Black, Red, Orange and Military Green.
- Brakes and Display: Disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS, plus a portrait-style TFT cluster.
Why Harley-Davidson Moved to 350cc
The reason is tax. Under the GST 2.0 revisions, motorcycles up to 350cc attract a lower rate, which makes the displacement limit a major factor in pricing. Bajaj Auto moved first and downsized its range, along with its partners Triumph and KTM. Hero and Harley kept the 440cc engine until now, and the X350T follows the same path.
Design and Colour Options
The test bike shows only a few visual changes over the X440T.
- New: X350T lettering on the fuel tank, an orange colour theme and fresh graphics.
- Carried Over: Mainframe, subframe, circular all-LED headlight, flyscreen and wide handlebar.
- Seat: Single-piece unit with a step for the pillion and a ribbed design for the rider.

Early reports say the improved build quality seen on the X440T carries over to the X350T. Equipment is expected to stay the same, including upside-down front forks and twin-shock rear suspension.

Harley-Davidson X350T Price and Launch Status
Neither Hero MotoCorp nor Harley-Davidson has confirmed a launch date or price. The X440T costs ₹2.86 lakh ex-showroom, and the lower tax on bikes up to 350cc suggests the X350T could be priced below it. That is an expectation, not a confirmation. The cruiser will enter a 350cc segment that Royal Enfield has long led in India.
Hero and Harley are also working on the Sprint cruiser, which was recently spied undisguised and is likely to be shown at EICMA 2026.
Unconfirmed details: Engine output, torque, price, variants and launch date are all yet to be announced. Only the X350T lettering, orange theme and graphics are visible in the spy shots.
Conclusion
The Harley-Davidson X350T is expected to be nothing but the 350cc variant of the X440T that comes with an orange theme, new graphics, and an alleged electric throttle body. Its engine specifications, pricing, and release date are yet to be confirmed. So, for now, buyers must await until Hero MotoCorp or Harley-Davidson makes official announcements of details for their booking of the X350T or their switching from the X440T.
