The American marque, Jeep, has unveiled its new flagship offering to the Indian market in the form of the Grand Cherokee, which is its 30-year-old nameplate, internationally. New Jeep Grand Cherokee priced at Rs 77.50 lakh, ex-showroom. While it remains the company's fourth product to be produced at its Ranjangaon-based unit, it will rival the BMW X5, Audi Q7, Mercedes-Benz GLE, Range Rover Sport, Volvo XC 90 and more. Jeep is betting big on the Grand Cherokee, as ours is the first right-hand drive SUV on the market.
Jeep Grand Cherokee: Design
With a boxy design and a sleek stance, the Jeep Grand Cherokee is very much a Jeep. Additionally, the front end features a 7-segment radiator grille. The low, tapered roof improves its aerodynamic performance and efficiency without sacrificing cargo space, utility and impressive road presence. The beltline is also low, giving way to a huge area of glass which, combined with the large panoramic sunroof, lets plenty of light into the cabin. The headlights and taillights remain slim, while the dimensions are robust with a ground clearance of 215 mm.

Inside, the Grand Cherokee features a two-tone interior.
