Honda Hornet 2.0 launched at ₹1.26 lakh - Autonexa

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) launched the new Ho
et 2.0 at a price of ₹1,26,345 (ex-showroom, Gurugram).

Ho
et 2.0 pre-bookings have already started on the company's official website, as well as authorized dealers. Honda will begin delivery of the new motorcycle by the first week of September.

The Ho
et 2.0 features a stunning and aggressive exterior design for the segment it sits in. It is equipped with a full LED lighting setup that includes an LED headlight and LED taillights, as well as an LED tu
signal. Other exterior elements like the split seats, the stubby exhaust, blacked-out engine, body-colored belly pan, and the muscular tank shrouds give it a very attractive appearance.

It will be available in four colors: Pearl Igneo Black, Matte Sangria Red Metallic, Matte Axis Gray Metallic, and Matte Marvel Blue Metallic.

It also benefits from golden coloured upside down (USD) front fork which is a first for 200cc bikes, while the rear suspension is handled by a single shock unit. It also has disc brakes on both ends and single-channel ABS.

The Ho
et 2.0 control unit includes a fully digital reverse lighting meter with 5-stage lighting control.

The motorcycle is powered by 184cc PGM-FI HET (Honda Eco Technology) engine that delivers 17.01 PS of power and 16.1 Nm of torque. This unit uses 8 built-in sensors to continuously inject the ideal fuel-air mixture into the system. It is said that he crossed 200 meters mark in just over 11 seconds.

et 2.0 will be offered with the industry's first 6-year warranty package (3-year standard + optional 3-year extended warranty). Introducing the new Ho

It also highlights the bike's features: "The HET BS 6's robust and high-capacity motor, best-in-class features such as USD gold front forks, fully digital glass negative gauge, disc brakes petals and rugged design enhance the overall driving experience."

It faces competitors like Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 and TVS Apache RTR 200 4v.
