Aprilia RSV4 Factory
Priced at Rs 31.26 lakh onwards, the factory RSV4 needs no introduction as the flagship car has dominated race tracks around the world, including several wins in the WSBK series. At the heart of the factory Aprilia RSV4 is a 1,099cc V4 engine that makes 214bhp and 125Nm of torque with the help of a 6-speed gearbox.
In terms of components, the RSV4 Factory gets top-of-the-shelf bits such as electronic front forks, Ohlins rear monoshock, Brembo monobloc calipers, a quickshifter, and a long list of electronic nannies to harness all the power, while weighing just 202kg.
Aprilia RS660 and Tuono 660
The RS660 and Tuono 660 are middleweight motorcycles and are scaled-down versions of the flagship RSV4 and its naked sibling, the Tuono. The RS660 has a full fairing, while the Tuono has a half fairing, while both motorcycles share the same underpinnings and different components.
660 models use a two-cylinder setup, unlike the larger litre-class V4 engine. Both motorcycles use a 659 cc twin-cylinder engine. However, in the RS660, the engine produces 98.5 PS and 67 Nm of torque, while in the Tono 660, the engine is tuned to produce 94 PS. Both motorcycles have a 6-speed gearbox, while the RS660 has a standard 2-way quickshifter.
Aprilia Touareg 660
The Touareg was an eagerly awaited motorcycle, however, the pricing is an eye-opener. The mid-weight adventurer is currently Aprilia's flagship in the segment and ticks all the boxes for it to be an all-rounder, from its long-travel suspension to its wire-spoke wheels.
The Aprilia Tuareg is powered by the same 659cc twin-cylinder engine as the RS 660 and Tuono 660, but is detuned to suit its nature. The engine generates 80 horsepower and 70 Nm of peak torque with the help of a 6-speed gearbox and weighs 204 kg.
