▼Honda 2 Wheelers has updated the Dio for 2023 with the scooter now priced at Rs 70,211 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Apart from the update to meet OBD-II standards, the scooter also gets a new variant with some new features. The previously available Standard (STD) and Deluxe (DLX) trims have been advanced with a new Smart variant now joining the lineup.
The updated Deluxe trim is priced at Rs 74,212 while the Smart variant is priced at Rs 77,712 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Standard and Deluxe variants are now Rs 1,586 more expensive than the non-OBD-II variants.

While the standard and deluxe versions only receive engine upgrades along with body graphics tweaks, it's the new Smart variant that brings new features into the mix. Most notable are the brand's H-Smart remote key-based operations that allow owners to lock and unlock the scooter with the push of a button on a key fob. The new system also eliminates the need to physically use the key to start the scooter and also helps to find the scooter in the parking lot by flashing its flash when the corresponding button on the key fob is pressed.
Engine-wise, the 110cc, single-cylinder, fuel-injected Mill is now OBD-II compliant. The updated Dio will take on the Hero Xoom 110 in the Indian market.
