Hero MotoCorp has updated the Xtreme 160R with new features for 2022. For starters, the latest version of the Xtreme 160R gets a new gear position indicator on the dashboard. The motorcycle also got a revised saddle design and new handlebars for added comfort. Everything remains unchanged, and the 2022 Xtreme 160R continues with a single pod headlight, muscular styling, side exhaust and alloy wheels.
Hero MotoCorp has listed the motorcycle in three variants: Single Disc, Dual Disc, and Stealth Edition. All variants have identical design, mechanical, and hardware specifications. Thus, the range uses a single-cylinder 163 cc air-cooled engine that produces 15 hp at 8,500 rpm and 14 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm.
The single disc version uses a drum brake setup at the rear. On the other hand, the disc and steel versions are equipped with disc brakes on both wheels. The crossband safety network includes single-channel ABS. Suspension tasks are handled by telescopic front forks and a preload-adjustable rear monoshock. Check prices below:
