Volvo Cars of India today introduced the all-electric C40 Recharge in India. The crossover is the second electric offering in the country from the Swedish automaker. At the preview event, the brand announced the release schedule for the C40 Recharge. Pricing for electric vehicles will be revealed in August, followed by deliveries next month.
Volvo C40 Recharge Features List
In terms of features, the Volvo C40 Recharge comes loaded with a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, a 12-inch all-digital head-up display, a 13-speaker Harman Kardon music system, automatic climate control, and wireless charging. It also comes equipped with power and ventilated front seats, cruise control, an air purifier, ADAS technology, a panoramic sunroof, and a 360-degree surround camera.
Battery and specifications of the C40 Recharge
The C40 Recharge is offered in a high-spec variant. The dual-motor setup sources the power from the 78kWh battery pack. The power output is 405 hp and the torque is 660 Nm. In terms of its driving range, the model is rated to offer a declared range of 530 kilometers on a full charge. Additionally, with the 150 kW fast charger, the crossover can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in just 27 minutes.
