Tata Motors launched Altroz DCA in India with prices starting at Rs 8.10 lakh. The entry-level XMA + variant is priced at Rs 8.10 lakh, while the top-rung XZA+ Dark Edition variant is priced at Rs 9.90 lakh (all prices are introductory and ex-showroom, Delhi). Tata claims that the new variant comes with advanced dual clutch technology designed for the Indian consumer. It comes with a wet transmission, ensuring the best performance for all Indian driving conditions. Those interested can now book the Altroz automatic system from any authorized Tata Motors dealer for just Rs 21,000 with deliveries starting after today’s launch.
As for the features, the Altroz DCA will come with the same features set as its manual transmission sibling. This means that you can expect a 7-inch floating touchscreen and another 7-inch display with an analog dial for the instrument cluster. The infotainment system supports the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as the ConnectNext app. In addition, there is a 15-liter coolant glove box.
The Altroz DCA will be offered in a new colour: the new Opera Blue, and it will be available in three variants : XT, XZ and XZ+, with a 1.2-liter Revotron petrol engine. In addition to the new Opera Blue, Altroz DCA will also be part of the #Dark range other than being available in Downtown Red, Arcade Grey, Avenue White and Harbour Blue colour.
