New Maruti Suzuki Brezza 2022 bags 45,000 bookings

Maruti Suzuki launched the new Brezza 2022 in the country with a starting price of Rs 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Pre-bookings for the updated compact SUV began on June 20, and the automaker announced that the model had received more than 45,000 bookings. The 2022 Brezza is available in four variants and six exterior colors.

On the outside, Maruti has updated the Brezza 2022 with a new front grille and headlight units with dual J-shaped integrated DRLs and LED fog lights. The SUV now has a thicker plastic cladding around the wheel arches that hold the two-tone wheels. Other changes include a larger rear quarter glass, a shark fin antenna, and LED split taillights.

Inside the cabin of the revamped Brezza 2022, features include a new infotainment system with a 9-inch touchscreen, head-up display, 360-degree camera, power sunroof and wireless charging. The addition of two colors in black and brown on the dashboard gives the cabin a premium appeal. The SUV also gets connected car technology from the Suzuki Connect brand. Maruti Suzuki Brezza is powered by a 1.5 liter petrol engine with DualJet DualVVT and idle start/stop technology. The motor is coupled to a five-speed manual transmission and a six-speed automatic transmission.
