Volkswagen India begins business services on WhatsApp

Volkswagen India has launched a business service on WhatsApp under the brand's Sarvottam 2.0 initiative. Through this platform, customers will be able to access a range of services including current and future products, book a test drive or service appointment, find the closest agent, inquire about after-sales service, contact support on the road and take care of customers.rnrnBeneficiaries will be able to access the brand with the verified number: +91 8433950909. The business account is hosted in a chatbot equipped with natural language processing (NLP), which is a tool based on artificial intelligence capable of responding to inquiries from customers users.rnrnMeanwhile, the German automaker is also preparing to launch a Taigun midsize SUV in the coming months. It will be based on the MQB A0 IN platform with 90 percent localization. The powertrain will likely include two petrol engines: a 1.0-liter TSI and a 1.5-liter TSI. Transmission duties will be handled primarily by a six-speed manual unit, a six-speed automatic, and a seven-speed DSG unit.rn
