Hyundai has unvieled the engine options for its newest sedan: Aura

The Korean manufacturer Hyundai is going to unveil its newest car, the all-new Hyundai Aura on the 19th December 2019. According to Honda, the name of the car ' Aura' has been inspired by the ‘vibrancy of positivity’ and the ‘spirit to go the distance’.rnrnIt has been expected that the Hyundai Aura will be replacing the Hyundai Xcent and will be a more premium offering in itself. Hyundai Aura will be available in three offerings of engine options that include two petrol models and one diesel.rnrnThe upcoming Hyundai Aura has been based on the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios. It will have the 1.2-liter Kappa Dual VTVT (Variable Timing Valve Train), a petrol engine that has been mated to a 5-speed manual transmission or another transmission option is that of a 5-speed AMT (automatic manual transmission).rnrnThe diesel engine of Hyundai Aura will also be based on the Nios hatchback. The diesel engine is a 1.2-liter U2 CRDi engine that is mated to a 5-speed manual as well as an AMT transmission option. The last engine option for the Hyundai Aura is a 1.0-liter turbo petrol engine from the Hyundai Venue. This engine has been mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and comes along with a 7-speed DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform)rnrnAll the three engines will be compliant with the new BS-VI emissions norms so that the emissions can be controlled. Some of the amazing features of the Hyundai Aura are the new LED projector headlamps that come with LED DRLs, a large cascade grille, diamond-cut alloy wheels and LED tail lamps. rnrnImage result for engine options for its newest sedanAura"rnrnAfter the unveiling of the car on 19th December 2019, the Hyundai Aura has been expected to be launched and will be displayed at the Auto Expo 2020 in India.rnrnHyundai had revealed the name of its upcoming sedan at the start of this month, and now the manufacturer has also unveiled the engine options for the Hyundai Aura. rnrnThe Hyundai Aura has kept it in mind about the need of the new-age customers as well as completely compliant with the future emission norms in India. The many amalgamations of petrol and diesel engines that come in both the Manual and AMT transmission have been arranged for the customers who can choose what is suitable for them. rnrnA bigger emphasis has been laid on the creation of the ‘Advanced After Treatment System’ in order to meet the regulation standards of emissions in India.rnrnThe car has been equipped with an advanced NOx trap catalyst and PM filters which helps in minimizing the pollution in the environment.rnrnIt is expected that Hyundai Aura will be launched in the month of January 2020.
