Scorpio-N was launched in June 2022, it officially debuted in India in an entry-level variant priced at Rs 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Mahindra has announced price increases on all its models starting from January 2023. Now, the base petrol variant is priced at Rs 12.74 lakh while the diesel variants are priced starting at Rs 13.24 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom).
The Mahindra Scorpio-N is offered in two engine combinations including a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine with 198 horsepower and 380Nm of torque and a 2.2-litre oil burner with 173 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque. Both engines come mated to either a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed automatic transmission. An SUV known as the Mahindra 4Xplor System is also on display.
The SUV is available in five trim levels: Z2, Z4, Z6 and Z8, the Z8L seats seven passengers, while the Z8L comes in an optional six-seat layout with second-row captain's chairs. Interested buyers can choose from seven colors, including Dazzling Silver, Deep Forest, Grand Canyon, Everest White, Napoli Black, and Royal Gold.
