Jeep Meridian Club Edition launched at Rs 27.75 lakh

Jeep India has launched the Meridian Club Edition in India with an introductory price of Rs 27.75 lakh (ex-showroom). The special edition is based on the manual limited edition 4x2 SUV and costs Rs 2.35 lakh less than the standard edition. However, the changes made to the Club Edition are only limited to cosmetic features.

While most of the Limited Edition's features have been carried forward, the Jeep Meridian Club Edition has a few extras, like a two-tone paint scheme and side-rail-mounted roof rack. It also featured a one-piece side step along with contrasting black badging on the hood and "Club Edition" badging on the tailgate. Additionally, there are no changes to the Meridian's cabin and it's equipped with a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, nine-speaker Alpine stereo system, wireless charging pad, and digital instrument cluster.

Mechanically, the Meridian Club gets no changes. The propelled is continued by a 2.0-liter diesel engine that generates 168 hp and 350 Nm of maximum torque. It can only be had with a six-speed manual gearbox with power sent to the front wheels.
