Honda CB500X Launched In India At A Price Of Rs. 6.87 Lakh

The Honda CB500X is a road-oriented adventure bike with parallel engines that was launched in India through the Honda Big Wing and Big Wing Topline dealer network. Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has introduced the CB500X to the Indian market as a completely knocked down (CKD) unit, and pre-orders have already started at Honda Big Wing dealerships. Honda CB500X: Engine and Gearbox

rnThe Honda CB500X is driven by a dual-valve 471 cc liquid-cooled parallel engine that produces 47 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 43.2 Nm at 6,500 rpm. The CB500X also has an auxiliary clutch and a sliding clutch, which makes shifting up easy and controls the rear wheel locks in gearboxes to slow down when idling. The frame is a diamond shaped steel tube frame connected to the motor with four arcs, the weight is balanced with the block positioned near the center of gravity and the motor very close to the point of the axis of rotation.rnrnSuspension tasks are handled by a 41 mm long-stroke fork and Honda Pro-Link rear suspension with 9 stages of pre-spring adjustment. The multi-spoke cast aluminum wheels with a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear combination are designed to handle all types of terrain, according to Honda. The seat height can be controlled by 830mm for passengers of different heights, with a narrow seat shoulder. Braking is done by a single 310 mm front disc and 240 mm rear disc, both petal-perforated discs with standard dual-channel anti-lock braking system (ABS).rnrn"<yoastmarkrn
