The 2024 Bajaj Pulsar F250 has been launched in India at a price of Rs 1.51 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. The bike was showcased at the global launch of Pulsar NS400Z and the prices have just been revealed. Bajaj has kept the launch of the Pulsar F250 quite quiet. However, bikes have begun to arrive in showrooms.
In terms of design, the 2024 Pulsar F250 is identical to the 2023, except for a new black livery and red and white graphics across the bike. It looks striking and adds some distinction between the new model and the old one.
The semi-fairing is one of the main visual differences between the Pulsar F250 and the 2024 Pulsar N250. Another difference is that the naked bike has a USD fork while the F250 still has a traditional telescopic fork. This is a strange move by Bajaj, perhaps to keep costs under control.
In terms of features, the Pulsar F250, like the rest of the motorcycles in the Bajaj Pulsar range, has a new digital instrument cluster that has Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation. It also has three ABS modes: rain, road and sport, like the 2024 Pulsar N250.
Powering the F250 is a 249.07cc, oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine that makes 24bhp at 8,750 rpm and 21.5 Nm at 6,500 rpm. The engine is paired with a five-speed gearbox. The F250 has the same frame and wheels as the N250 and also has the same 140-section rear tyre.
By pricing the F250 at par with the Pulsar N250, Bajaj expects the first motorcycle to garner significantly more sales than the previous one, which was discontinued due to low demand.
