Ducati Scrambler Nightshift, Scrambler Desert Sled Launched

Ducati just launched two new BS6 Scrambler models, the Scrambler Desert Sled in a new color and the new Scrambler Nightshift. The new Ducati Scrambler Nightshift is priced at Rs. 9.80 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Desert Sled is priced at Rs. 10.89 lakh(ex-showroom). New, brilliant blue with red and white accents on the fuel tank and fenders brings a renewed appeal to Desert Sled and also pays homage to 1980s Enduro bikes.rnrnrnrnDesert Sled offers more suspension travel, with 200mm of front and rear travel, along with a long front fender and extended rear fender that give it the off-road appearance of enduro bikes of the past. Desert Sled is an off-road model in the Ducati Scrambler family. There are no further changes to the BS6 Desert Sled, and it comes with Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tires on its 19-inch front wheel and 17-inch rear wheel set.rnrnrnrnThe Ducati Scrambler Nightshift and Scrambler Desert Sled both share the same engine and come with a six-speed gearbox, with a slipper clutch that limits rear wheel instability during a quick downshift. The Scrambler Nightshift is a combination of the two models and sports a cafe racer-style seat, wide aluminum handlebars rather than cafe-style clips, and a cut-out front fender. The rear bulkhead has been completely removed. The 803cc two-valve L-twin engine is finished in black and produces 73 hp at 8,250 rpm and 66.2 Nm of torque at 5,750 rpm. The Nighshift is equipped with Pirelli MT60 tires with sprung wheels.rnrnReservations for the new Scrambler Nightshift and Scrambler Desert Sled are now open at all Ducati dealerships in Delhi - NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kochi, Kolkata and Chennai.
