Yamaha to launch 125cc Scooters in 2018 Auto Expo

Yamaha is very keen with the experimental ideas. In the 2018 Auto Expo it is up for 125cc scooters geared up in the markets. The markets are seeing proliferation of the scooters this time around. The company is all set for a close match with its competitors. Its first 125cc scooter will rival to the Honda Grazia and Suzuki Access.

The company is all set for the changes beginning around. It will surely hold tight the buyers out there with a stylish look and economically built designs. It will be great fun to watch the race of the Yamaha in the Auto Expo.

Yamaha is always very tight-lipped about its upcoming 125cc scooters in the market. The market is souring with the cut-throat competition still the company is ready for a face off. According to the reports the company is gearing up for to introduce the Yamaha Nozza Grande, spotted testing in the last year, at the 2017 Auto Expo.

If launched the Nozza Grande is all set to shoot high with the company’s official entry in the 125cc segment scooters in India. The move will have a huge leap in the upcoming years for the Scooters. The price tag is expected to be in the range Rs 60,000-65,000 (ex-showroom).

The model is beautifully built with great design and comfort for the rider. The Yamaha’s Grande overall styling can be labeled as retro and trending. It is a virtually appealing scooter out there in the market with a trendy look.

Some of the great features include apron-mounted fuel filler cap as the fuel tank is positioned below the floorboard. It has resulted in the massive LED-illuminated underseat storage space of 27 liters, which should easily fit a fuel face helmet. Along with them, there is also keyhole-mounted key cap, and underseat access buttons, adding to the convenience factor.

The Speedometer is a semi-digital unit here. The scooter is powered with the fuel-injected 124cc, single-cylinder, and SOHC engine. The scooter is a techy one with the features adding to the functionalities. It produces 8.2 PS of power at 65000rpm and 9.7Nm of torque at 5000rpm. However, with this Indian version the fuel injection system is with carburetor to keep costs in check.

Suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks at the front and a single rear shock absorber.  The model is with all the features to make it successful on the Auto Expo 2018. Also the Yamaha Nozza Grande will rival the Honda Grazia and others more.
