New Delhi: Skoda Auto India has introduced the safe and tested five-star Slavia Style Edition, one of its best-selling sedan, priced at INR 19,13,400 (ex-showroom).
Skoda Auto India will launch 500 units of the Style Edition model from Slavia. All 500 cars will come exclusively with the 1.5 TSI engine mated to a 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox. Each of these just 500 cars will also be decked out in Candy White, Brilliant Silver or Tornado Red paint options, with these shades specially chosen to contrast with the unique black roof and ORVM elements of this Slavia. The company said that this version, with all its exclusivity and additional features, is priced at a reasonable premium of INR 30,000 compared to the equivalent model of the Slavia sedan.
The Style Edition sits above the top-of-the-range Slavia. It comes standard with features like a dual camera. It features an "Edition" badge on the black B-pillars, black mirror caps and black roof panels. Inside, customers are greeted by a skid plate bearing the “Slavia” branding, and the steering wheel bears the “Edition” badge. The company said that when exiting the car, you will see a light displaying the brand logo.
The car is up to 95% local and comes with a standard warranty of 4 years or 100,000 km and an optional warranty of up to 8 years or 150,000 km with a range of maintenance and service packages to enhance the ownership experience and reduce maintenance costs.
