Renault New Duster Going To Be Launched in August 2018

Renault is about to launch its Next-Generation model, the updated version of their Duster SUV in India. The car is about to make its debut at the upcoming Moscow International Auto show and by means of this next-gen update, the duster is expected to become a bit classier than before!rnrn The overall profile of the vehicle is almost same as the earlier version. However, it will come along with a redesigned interior and exterior. The new model is expected to maintain the same engine specifications as before. Its price will fall somewhere in the range of approximately INR 9 lakhs to 15 lakhs. rnrnThe 2018 version of this compact SUV might appear much similar to the vehicle presently on sale, but Renault insists that it is an all-new car that will be built entirely from scratch. This 2018 sculpt will have an exterior that will be a modified version of the present one. Besides, there will be many mechanical modifications as well. There may be a 7-seater model as well. But for now, let us keep our eyes on this new SUV model that we are presently talking about. rnrnApart from getting the new design and cabin updates, the new Duster will also obtain an extensive selection of new features, such as a touch-screen infotainment system, GPS Navigation, ABS with EBD, new LED DRLs, a modified bonnet, an all-new versatile four-spoke steering wheel, rear parking sensors and dual-airbags to name a few. The ground clearance will be a bit higher than the present model. In the international markets, the new Renault Duster comes with 1.2-litre petrol and the 1.6-litre diesel engine which are probable to build their way to India as well. The 1.2-litre petrol engine produces 125 BHP while the 1.5-litre oil-burner is superior with 130 BHP of power. The compact SUV is also likely to get a 6-speed manual program and will be featured with a parking camera with sensors. Besides, the fresh model will be a bit more spacious. Dual front airbags will be provided for additional safety. rnrnObviously, the 2018 model Duster will be pricier than the present model; the rise in cost will be mainly because of the modern platform, innovative engines, and a brand new design. Each of these will lead to a major boost in the prices, the lowermost model costing at least Rs 8.5 lakhs while the topmost one could go all the way to Rs 13 lakhs. At this price point, the new alternative of this vehicle will give tough competition to the current challenger, the Hyundai Creta.
