New Maruti Suzuki Ertiga pre-bookings open; to be launched in India on 15 April, 2022

Maruti Suzuki has commenced booking of the new Ertiga for an amount of Rs 11,000. The model will receive minor cosmetic updates, a revised feature list, a new engine and transmission, as well as an additional variant in the CNG lineup. The improved Ertiga will be launched in India on April 15, 2022.

The new Maruti Suzuki Ertiga will be equipped with a 1.5-liter DualJet Dual VVT engine with Intelligent Hybrid technology. This engine will be offered not only with a five-speed manual transmission, but also with a new six-speed torque converter automatic transmission with paddle shifters.

In terms of feature upgrades, the upcoming Maruti Suzuki Ertiga will have a new grille, Suzuki Connect telematics system and SmartPlay Pro with a 7-inch touchscreen. The CNG version, currently only offered in the VXi variant, will soon be available in the ZXi variant.
