Mahindra has released the first teaser video for the XUV700 on its social media platforms. The Indian automaker has revealed a new feature that will debut on its next model, known as the auto booster headlights.

According to the teaser video, when the XUV700 exceeds the speed limit of 80 km/h at night, an additional set of lights will automatically activate, thus increasing road visibility. Mahindra has also confirmed that the model will launch in 2021, which is expected to take place in the holiday season.
The new Mahindra XUV700 is part of the company's plans to launch nine new models in the country by 2026. Previous sightings of the model mules have shown that the XUV700 will have C-shaped LED daytime running lights, all-new front and rear bumpers, a new six-segment vertical grille, recessed door handles, and new aluminum wheels.
