Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Corporate Edition Launched from Rs. 6.29 Lakh

The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios now comes in a new Corporate Edition, with prices starting at Rs 6.29 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The Corporate Edition, which is based on the Magna variant of the Nios, costs Rs 20,000 more than the previous model and is only available with the 1.2-litre petrol engine. The Rs 20,000 price increase provides some visual improvements as well as some extra functions.

The Magna model of the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Corporate Edition is Rs 20,000 more expensive than the Magna.

Over the Magna trim, it receives cosmetic and equipment improvements.

The following are the complete costs for the new Hyundai Grand i10 Corporate Edition:

Variant   Price
Corporate Edition MT   Rs 6.28 lakh
Corporate Edition AMT   Rs 6.98 lakh

The Corporate Edition is around 40,000 to 45,000 Rupees less expensive than the Grand i10 Sportz.

To begin with, the Nios Corporate Edition rides on new 15-inch gunmetal-styled wheels (not alloys), as opposed to the ordinary Magna's 14-inch steel wheels with covers. Surprisingly, the wheel size is also greater than the Grand i10 Nios Sportz, which comes standard with 14-inch alloys and only the dual-tones get 15-inchers. In comparison to the Magna, the Corporate Edition gets a roof rail, more chrome trim on the back, and black wing mirrors. The grille is also gloss black on all colour variants, whereas the normal Magna was available in black or silver depending on the exterior colour.

In terms of features, the Corporate Edition of the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios adds power-folding outside mirrors with turn indicators to both manual and AMT models — the Magna AMT is the only one with this option. In place of the Magna's 2-DIN system, the CE gets a new 6.75-inch touchscreen with smartphone-based navigation has been offered by the Hyundai Motor India.

Roof rails, chrome garnish on the boot, black finished wing mirrors, and a gloss black finish to the grille are all included in the  Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Corporate Edition. Depending on the exterior colour, the regular Magna's grille was black or silver. The interiors of   Corporate Edition of Hyundai Grand i10 features black fabric upholstery with red inlays on the seats, AC vents, and gear lever, similar to the more costly Sportz Dual Tone and Turbo variants.

As previously stated, the Hyundai grand  i10 Corporate Edition is only available with the 82 horsepower 1.2-litre petrol engine and either a manual or an AMT transmission.
