2022 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga launched – Why should you buy?

After a long wait, Maruti Suzuki has launched the 2022 Ertiga in the country with cosmetic upgrades and new features. The Ertiga is offered in six colors, including two new colors: Dignity Brown (new), Splendid Silver (new), Pearl Metallic Auburn Red, Metallic Magma Grey, Pearl Metallic Oxford Blue and Pearl Arctic White. Here's why you should consider the 2022 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga.

What's so good about it?

The CNG option is available on the 2022 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga now in two variants: VXi and ZXi. Ertiga offers in-built Suzuki Connect with more than 40 vehicle-connected features including safety features, riding and driving behavior, status alert, and remote operations. The MPV now has a six-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. In addition to standard safety features, the Ertiga now offers front side airbags and ESP with Hill Hold Assist.

Visually, the 2022 Ertiga now features a dynamic chrome winged front grille, aluminum wheels in two-tone accents, and a tailgate with chrome accents. As for the interior, the car has a sculpted instrument panel with a new metallic teak finish and two-tone seat fabric.

What’s not so good?

Features like retractable ORVMs, a rear parking camera, and a 7-inch SmartPlay Pro touchscreen infotainment system are limited to the high-spec ZXi+ variant.

Best variant to buy?

The top-spec and feature-packed ZXi+ variant is a good option to consider. This variant is equipped with features like cruise control, automatic headlights with Follow Me Home / Take Me to the Vehicle, external front seat airbags and more. For customers who are looking for a CNG option, the ZXi variant is a good option to go for.

The 2022 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga can be subscribed with an inclusive monthly subscription fee starting at Rs 18,600 for the petrol and Rs 22,400 for the CNG version.
