Details of the 2022 Kia Seltos have recently leaked on the web ahead of its launch. The company also introduced two variants of its mid-size SUV’s line-up, the prices of which have already been revealed.

The iMT transmission, which was previously offered only with the petrol-powered version, will be an option for a 1.5-liter diesel engine. It will be the second variant in the Seltos lineup to receive an Intelligent Manual Transmission (iMT) after the 1.5-liter NA petrol variant.

Kia will also offer a 1.5-liter diesel engine with a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission in the HTX version. This combination was previously only offered in the HTK Plus, GTX Plus, and X Line variants.

In addition to the 1.5-liter diesel engine, the Kia Seltos is offered with a 1.5-liter NA petrol engine and a 1.4-liter turbocharged petrol engine. Additional transportation options include an IVT unit and a DCT unit. Here are the prices for the new Kia Seltos alternatives (ex-showroom):
