Yamaha launches scooter models with hybrid system, price starts at INR 76,830

New Delhi: India Two-wheeler maker Yamaha Motor (IYM) has announced the launch of two hybrid scooter models, Ray ZR 125 Fi Hybrid and Street Rally 125 Fi Hybrid in the country with prices starting at INR 76830 (ex-showroom, Delhi).rnrnBoth models come with a 125cc engine that produces 8.2 PS. The company said that as a standard feature, both models come with a Smart Engine Generator (SMG) system that gets additional functionality for hybrid systems.rnrn"The launch of the hybrid version of the new RayZR 125 FI and Street Rally 125 FI has enabled Yamaha to expand its portfolio of hybrid scooter offerings in India," said Motofumi Shitara, Chairman of Yamaha Motor India Group.
