PAVAN SHETTY HAS RESIGNED FROM HIS ROLE AS DIRECTOR AT PORSCHE INDIA TODAY

German sports car brand Porsche has just announced that Pavan Shetty, director of Porsche India, resigned on July 1, 2020, due to personal reasons. Meanwhile, Ashish Kaul, Head of Sales, Porsche India will take over the daily operations of Porsche India and report directly to Gurpratap Boparai, Managing Director of Skoda Auto Volkswagen India for strategic initiatives. In 2012, Pavan joined Lamborghini as President of India and was there for three years and eleven months, and was primarily responsible for the business operations of Italian brands in the country. In 2016, he was appointed Director of Porsche India, where he oversaw sales, marketing, after-sales, and network development work.
