Hyundai launched the all-new Verna in the Indian market today, with a starting price of Rs. 10.90 lakhs (ex-showroom). The midsize sedan received a much-needed update after a long time. Additionally, the automaker has registered more than 8,000 bookings for the all-new 2023 Hyundai Verna.
The new Verna is available with two powertrain options and four different variants in nine colors theme. Under the hood, the sedan has a 1.5-liter NA petrol engine and a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine. The former generates 113 horsepower and 144 Nm of torque, while the latter makes 158 horsepower and 253 Nm of peak torque. For transmissions, you get a six-speed manual, an iVT unit, and a seven-speed DCT gearbox.
In terms of features, the new Hyundai Verna 2023 gets a few new features like front parking sensors, switchable controls for infotainment and climate control, and heated front seats. It also comes with features like a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, a fully digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, ambient lighting, wireless charging, ventilated seats, a moonroof, Level 2 ADAS, and eight Bose-sourced music system, and more.
The 2023 Hyundai Verna has seven monochrome color options, including Atlas White, Typhoon Silver, Fire Red, Titan Grey, Abyss Black, Tellurian Brown, and Starry Night. Turbo variants get two two-tone color options, including Atlas White with Abyss black and Fiery Red with Abyss black.
