Mahindra Last Mile Mobility launches new e-Alfa Plus at INR 1.61 lakh

Mahindra Last Mile Mobility (MLMML), a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, has launched the new e-Alfa Plus, an electric three-wheeler designed for both urban and rural use. The vehicle is priced at INR 1,61,113 ex-showroom in Noida, though availability will depend on local government approvals.

The e-Alfa Plus features a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) that delivers a peak power of 1.95 kW at 2600 r/min and a maximum torque of 26.9 Nm at 200 r/min. It is powered by a 150 Ah Lead Acid battery and offers a real-world range exceeding 100 km on a single charge, as confirmed by thorough driving tests.

e-Alfa Plus

According to the company, with over 60,000 satisfied e-Alfa customers and the backing of Mahindra's reputation, the new e-Alfa Plus is expected to please buyers. Each purchase includes a three-year accidental insurance policy worth INR 10 lakh for the driver, adding a layer of safety. The vehicle also comes with an 18-month warranty on the charger and battery for added reliability.

The e-Alfa Plus is available in five colors, including a new Oceanic Blue shade, and features a distinctive closed body design with advanced safety features, including an enhanced braking system.
