Ignyte IGN-16 Helmet Launched in India at Rs 5,999

There’s a comforting feeling of safety that comes when you know your gear is built with care and cutting-edge technology. The Ignyte IGN-16 helmet is designed to deliver that peace of mind to every rider in India, marrying high protection standards with cozy comfort and style. Now launched starting at just Rs 5,999, this helmet brings advanced safety innovations once available only in premium ranges right to your fingertips.

Advanced Safety Features

The IGN-16 is engineered with expanded polypropylene (EPP) multi-impact technology combined with Kevlar reinforcement—the same material trusted in bulletproof jackets and ballistic helmets. This offers superior protection against sharp impacts and penetration. Its well-crafted PC-ABS blend outer shell and resilient EPP liner absorb shocks and regain shape, ensuring long-term multi-impact defense.

Comfort and Hygiene

Inside, the helmet features antimicrobial, anti-allergic and breathable fabrics to keep riders comfortable on long journeys. The removable and washable padding supports sustained hygiene, allowing riders to keep their helmet fresh over time.

Visibility and Aerodynamics

The high-grade polycarbonate visor includes:

  • Anti-scratch coating
  • UV protection
  • Pinlock 30 anti-fog insert

Combined with a sporty aerodynamic design featuring multiple vents, vortex generators, and a rear spoiler, the IGN-16 ensures clear visibility and superior airflow for stable rides, even at high speeds.

Additional Features

  • Choice between Double D-Ring or Micrometric Buckle retention systems, both tested for reliability
  • Dual homologation with ISI (IS 4151:2015) and DOT (FMVSS 218 USA) certifications
  • Comes with an extra smoke visor with cover, balaclava, sports cheek pads, extra fitting pads, and a miniature model demonstrating EPP technology
