Force Gurkha 5-Door: Features Breakdown

The recently unveiled Force Gurkha 5 door has created quite a buzz in the Indian automotive market, especially with its impending launch scheduled for early May. This latest iteration of the Gurkha lineup brings several notable enhancements, primarily aimed at offering a more versatile and feature-rich off-roading experience. Featuring an extended wheelbase to accommodate a third row and additional doors for the second row, along with several feature updates and subtle styling enhancements. Pre-bookings are now open with deliveries set to commence from mid-May.

Key Features of Force Gurkha 5 Door:

  • Force Gurkha 5 door interior contains a 9-inch infotainment screen supporting Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch digital driver’s display, manual AC with roof-mounted vents for rear seat comfort, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, power windows, and central locking.
  • Safety features include ABS with EBD, dual front airbags, rear parking sensors, and a tyre pressure monitoring system. Additional safety features like electronic stability control and potentially six airbags are also expected.

Force Gurkha 5 Door Engine:

  • Powered by a 2.6-litre diesel engine delivering 140 PS and 320 Nm, paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox with a fly-by selector for switching between 4WD and 2WD modes. Manual differential locking for front and rear axles adds to its off-road prowess.

Force Gurkha 5 Door Competition:

  • The Force Gurkha 5 door will compete with rivals like the Maruti Suzuki Jimny and the upcoming Mahindra Thar 5 door upon its launch.

Force Gurkha 5 Door Variants:

  • Available in a single variant, customers can choose from a range of color options including white, red, green, and black.
