The passenger vehicle exports are up by 20.4 per cent in November 2019

South Korean automaker, Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) had shipped about 15,900 car units and has a total growth of around 25.18 percent. The company had a total export of 27.15 percent. Hyundai Motor India Limited has recently invited more than 60 international partners so that they are able to strengthen the market of exports.rnrnRenault India witnessed a 91 percent growth in its exports due to the recent launch of the Renault Kwid facelift. The Kwid is exported to the SAARC region as well as the Africa region. The demand for cars in the domestic market is shrinking continuously because of which the passenger vehicle manufacturers have been trying to utilize the opportunities in the overseas markets. There has been a growth in the export of passenger vehicles by 20.37 percent in  November 2019. This data is as per the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).rnrnNissan India is the third-largest exporter of passenger vehicles from the domestic market. It has seen a growth of shipping of 71.10 percent. Nissan India has exported a total of 8,680 units in November 2019, as compared to 5,073 units in the same month last year.rnrnThe total exports of all the automakers combined is a total of 58,562 units in the month of November 2019 comparing to the export of 48,652 units in the month of November last year. This increase in the exports of the passenger vehicles has been because of the expansion in the automakers' in the markets outside of India as well as their product portfolio. rnrnHyundai launched its compact SUV Venue on December 2, 2019, in the market of South Africa. The automaker has shipped around 1,400 units to South Africa from the port in Chennai. The Venue will be exported in other markets including Nepal, Bhutan, Mauritius, and Seychelles. The 1.0 Turbo GDi with 7 DCT right-hand drive engine model is exported currently to all the countries where the company exports to, including South Africa.rnrnThe left-hand drive model of Hyundai Venue is currently under development. It has been planned to export the car to the region of the Gulf, Africa, and Latin America.rnrnOther than Venue, Hyundai Verna which is sold as the Accent is also sold extensively in the region of the Middle East and Saudi Arabia, as per the company.rnrnThere is an increased demand for the Nissan Sunny (that has been made in India) in the region of the Gulf. On the other hand, Nissan Datsun being sold in South Africa, Nissan India has seen a growth of  22 percent in its exports. rnrnFrom the months of April to November 2019, Nissan has exported around 46,510 units this year compared to 37,929 units in the previous year. Nissan has begun exporting the all-new Nissan KICKS to Nepal and Bhutan in Asia and the Nissan Datsun GO and GO+ CVT have been exported to South Africa. The company is able to maintain good cash flow from the revenue collected from the exports. This has also helped to enhance the utilization of capacity hence enabling efficiency.rnrnThe Renault Nissan Automotive India Private Limited (RNAIPL) plant is based in Oragadam in Chennai. The plant has successfully exported more than 65,000 units for Nissan and the Datsun brand. rnrnMr. Biju Balendran, the MD & CEO of Renault Nissan Automotive India Private Limited (RNAIPL) said in a statement, "All this is possible because of the high-quality level and the cost competitiveness of the products from RNAIPL.
