Hero Motocorp launches Splendor + XTEC 2.0 at INR 82,911

New Delhi: Hero MotoCorp, the world's largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, has unveiled the latest generation of its iconic Splendor bike, the Splendor+ XTEC 2.0, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the world's best-selling motorcycle. The Splendor+ XTEC 2.0 is available at Hero MotoCorp dealerships across the country at INR 82,911 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Splendor comes with LED headlights with HIPL (High Intensity Position Lamp), a unique H-shaped taillight that gives it a distinctive appearance, and multiple convenience for comfort and safety. Showing its overall dominance, the motorcycle has excellent fuel efficiency of up to 73 kilometers per hour, the company said in a press release.

Splendor+ XTEC 2.0 engine: The next-gen Splendor has a 100cc engine offering 7.9 BHP @ 8000rpm and a max torque of 8.05Nm @ 6000 rpm. It delivers best-in-class fuel economy of 73kmpl, boosted by the i3s (Idle Stop Start System). The higher fuel economy along with low maintenance cost and an improved service interval of up to 6,000 km significantly reduces operating costs.

Convenience: The Splendor+ XTEC 2.0 has been designed to maximize utility and convenience of the rider.
