The New Jawa Perak Bobber

Jawa motorcycles launched their newest bobber-styled motorcycle, the Jawa Perak.rnrnThe brand had unveiled the Jawa Perak at the launch of the brand on 15th November 2018. The bike is priced at Rs 1.94 lakhs. This price is Rs 5,000 more than the price that the company had fixed for the motorcycle last year.  rnrnThe company will open the bookings for the Perak on 1st January 2020 through the official website of Jawa. Although, it will start to deliver the bikes beginning from 2nd April 2020.rnrnThe bike presents a retro kind of charm and comes with some stylish elements such as the round headlamp, single-piece straight handlebar, peanut-shaped fuel tank, and brown-colored floating seat. The black paint on most of the components of the bike including the engine and the spoked wheels gives it a better modern kind of appeal. The bike has the set up of conventional lighting and the round instrument cluster has a small digital display.rnrnThe Jawa Perak is powered by the BS-VI compliant 334cc that is larger, has one cylinder, and a liquid-cooled motor. But the slightly additional displacement gives it a higher power as well torque. The max power of the Jawa Perak is 30bhp and a torque of 31Nm. The Jawa Perak has a longer swingarm, a mono-shock rest suspension, and a dual-channel ABS (Anti-lock Braking System). The bike is mated to a six-speed gearbox. The chassis of the bike is a double-cradle chassis which is an updated version of the standard bike.rnrnThe Jawa Perak will face competition against the Royal Enfield Classic 500 and the Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500X  in the Indian market. The bike is priced at approximately ₹ 1,94,500. The all-new Perak is available only in one color i.e., Black.rnrnJawa Perak has got its name from the original Perak which had been showcased at the Paris Motor Show in the year 1946 during the ongoing World War II.rnrnIts bike has a standard halogen headlight which gives its front end a classy kind of look. Also, the company has given a vintage touch to the analog speedometer with a digital odometer. The tail lamp of the motorcycle has been integrated with the single floating seat.rnrnSome of the additional features of the new Perak include the handlebar end mirrors, bobbed fenders and chopped twin exhaust.rnrnThe production of the new Jawa Perak will take place at the same Pithampur factory where other models of the motorcycles of Jawa are manufactured.rnrnImage result for Jawa Perak Bobber"rn
