The new generation of Amaze brings to you both petrol and diesel variants, just like the last one; with the petrol engine running at 88 PS with 1.2L –VTEC, and the diesel turbocharged powertrain boosting 100 PS with 1.5L i-DTEC. Both engines are equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission. The diesel variant also brings a combination of CVT in India, making the country’s first product of this new technology, that too at an affordable price quotient.

The rear backs up with fresh bumpers, boot-lid, and LED tail lamps as well. There will be options of 24/7 telematics service with Honda Connect for the top-end editions.

A look at the inside will tell people why this car is absolutely a step up to its predecessor. There is a refurnished dashboard, which is dual-toned with and a 7” touchscreen Digipad infotainmaint system, with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.  There is enhanced leg-room with the new elongated wheel-base, making it more convenient for the rear seat passengers, automatic climate control sensors, cruise control and parking sensors as added options, keyless entry, reverse camera, dual airbags with standardized ABS with EBD.
